I got brand-new and well-organised room, it was included with balcony and a stunning view and large bed. Having a bidet, terry bathrobes, and shower caps was a bonus.
Even though everything was modern, some of the staff were not so nice.

Roy
Excellent sized unit with an electric kettle, a fridge, and glassware. Spotless private bathroom.

I spent here 2 fantastic days and would definitely come back. The staff was very attentive, they provided a good service. The breakfast was extensive for what was on offer, with Asian dishes and also the lovely views of the mountains...

The hotel had modern rooms with comfortable beds and spacious en-suites. The location was convenient, close to the train station and restaurants. It was also a great starting point for the walk to Cat Cat Village.
The breakfast could use some improvement, especially the quality of the bread and fruit juices. It would be better to have fresh, high-quality options instead of sugary bottled juices.

We had extensive and savoury breakfasts.
Overall greatly enjoyed our stay and recommend. Relaxing hotel, the staff were all very attentive and especially welcoming and the location was beautiful with everything within walking distance. Location: the venue was close enough to a hike through the valley and the cathedral, Sapa station and where the Saturday night market is held. In general the service was excellent!

Wonderful place, it was fairly clean and had very kind staff specially the customer service manager. Had very central location in an alley. What's more, it was near the cathedral, many nice restaurants and massage shops that are reasonably priced, and the centre of the town.

The hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices for a comfortable stay. The location of the hotel is ideal, as it is situated in a small street within walking distance to the city center. This means that there are many restaurants nearby, making it convenient for guests to find dining options easily. The rooms are equipped with basic amenities and offer stunning views of the mountains. Some rooms even have a private balcony, allowing guests to fully enjoy the beautiful Mountain View. The breakfast served at the hotel is delicious and comes with lovely views of the mountains. It's a great way to start the day, taking in the incredible landscape of Sapa.
The only aspect that could be improved is the soundproofing in the rooms.
